TRUMP ADMINISTRATION
Trump begs Putin to stop bombing Ukraine
Trump has urged Putin to “STOP!” after a deadly attack on UKraine’s capital Kyiv. Trump said in a post on Truth social “I am not happy with the Russian strikes on KYIV. Not necessary, and very bad timing. Vladimir STOP! 5000 soldiers a week are dying, Lets get the Peace Deal DONE.” Russia had previously struck Kyiv with an hours long barrage of missiles and drones killing 12 people and injuring 90.
This is rare. Trump is normally a suck up to Putin and doesnt speak out but this is something else. Will Putin listen? Probably not. But it’s always something to see the feuds and how they play out.
Trump to sign a memo targeting actblue
Trump is slated to issue a memorandum targeting ActBlue, the Democratic Party’s main fundraising platform. A copy of the draft directs Attorney General Pam Bondi to launch an investigation into online fundraising platforms with the goal of cracking down on illegal “straw donors” and foreign contributions to US elections. The memorandum specifically cites ActBlue which has been subject of GOP congressional investigations and criticism from Trump allies, including Elon Musk who donated millions.
It’s very hypocritical to allow Elon to buy people's votes but not allow the other party to have funding. Sounds a little Dictatorial if you will. Honestly I think political campaigns should be supported by voters and not corporations but alas we aren’t there yet and lm sure parties wouldn’t go for it. I’m not a democrat. I've made that clear on many occasions but I do think this is definitely hypocritical.
Trump asks Supreme court to ban Trans people from military
Trump asked the Supreme Court on Thursday to allow his administration’s policy banning transgender people from serving in the military. When Trump returned to office in January he issued a new executive order that declared it to be US government policy to “establish high standard for troop readiness, lethality, cohesin, honesty, humility, uniformity and integrity,” and said that policy is “inconsistent with the medical, surgical and mental health constraints on individuals with gender dysphoria.”
Anyone who has the courage to serve should be able to. Trans rights are human rights and they never won’t be. Anyone who disagrees I will fight in the ring so sign the damn contract.
Trump sells 2028 merch
The Trump Organization has begun selling red hats and other merch with the slogan “Trump 2028.” The hats are listed for $50 with the description: “The future looks bright! Rewrite the rules with the Trump 2028 high crown hat. Fully embroidered with a snap closure in the back, this will become your new go-to hat.” The shirts costing 36$ also feature the phrase “Rewrite the Rules.”
A hat costing $50 is insane. I know merch is pretty pricey but wow. Get ready for the New Trump hat in the wild. The Red Hats are coming, my friends. But this time it isn’t the British. Red is always the bad guy color you’d think they’d pick another color by now.

Judge blocks parts of voter registration order
A federal judge in DC has paused a section of Trump executive order on voting and elections. The order instructs the Independent Election Assistance Commission to change the national mail voter registration form to require that applicants show a document providing US citizenship before they can register to vote. Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly wrote in her ruling, “Our Constitution entrusts Congress and the States -not the President- with authority to regulate federal elections.”
This is good. This order should be blocked. You already need to be a citizen to vote. The only thing it does do is make it harder for married women to vote. They just want it to make it harder for people to vote and make it easier for them to control elections
One week discover for Kilmar Abrego Garcia
A federal judge ruled on Wednesday temporarily halting her order requiring the Trump administration to provide information on its efforts so far to retrieve Kilmar Abrego Garcia. Paula Xinis has granted a stay of the discovery process until April 30th at 5 pm with “the agreement of the parties” being Trump and Abrego Gacria’s lawyers. Xinis did not explain her reasoning nor did any other party.
This is interesting. I think if both parties agreed there must've been a deal made but that's not always the case. Will we see Kilmar Abrego Garica’s return? Hopefully but for now it seems we’ll have to wait a week.
